[llvm-commits] [PATCH] Add RunToolSafely.sh

The attached patch adds a RunToolSafely.sh which is used to make sure
we still get nightly test results when tools like llvm-gcc, llc, opt,
etc. crash. It also runs them under ulimit to protect against infinite
loops.

WFM, but sending in case someone else can think of potential problems.
