[llvm-commits] [patch] Change the alignment in the X86.Windows subtarget

Hi all,

the following patch changes the data-alignment of the 32bit Windows subtarget to values used by the MSVC compiler.
I assume this is the right subtarget for MSVC builds, as isCygwin and isMingw exists and at least cmake build have it ...
