[llvm-commits] [PATCH] FRAME_POINTER_OFFSET macro definition to tce target.

Hi,

I missed this macro definition when committing tce target. Unluckily 
lack of this define fails compiling on FreeBSD and compilation with some 
older gcc versions. I fixed few comments as well.
