Just thought I would ping this patch in the hopes that someone might  
apply it. It's a simple docs patch that points out a step necessary to  
make Visual Studio projects work with LLVM if one wants to use the  
JIT. Figuring this out caused us some frustration, so hopefully this  
will help others in the same boat.
