[llvm-commits] Missed Commit Emails

To the committed ... :)

It seems there's a problem with the commit mailer. I just committed two
directories to the project root (into llvm-project, not one of the
modules).  These didn't show up on llvm-commits because, I think, the
svn-mailer.conf isn't configured correctly for commits in the project
root; and, I'm not sure how to make it do that without getting double
commit messages on everything. So, we'll work on that.

In the mean time, the commits I made were to create the "core" and
"support" modules.
