[llvm-commits] llvm-gcc update

[Devang Patel]

This patch synchronizes llvm-gcc with newer version of GCC 4.0 rom  
Apple's GCC branch. I bootstrapped this successfully on darwin-x86  
box. If you run into any issues, let me know.
