For PR351: http://llvm.cs.uiuc.edu/PR351 : \
The getFileTimestamp and getFileSize functions have been removed from  \
FileUtilities.{h,cpp}. They are replaced by Path::getTimestamp and  \
Path::getSize,respectively.
