Changes in directory llvm/lib/Transforms/Scalar:

LICM.cpp updated: 1.42 -> 1.43

---
Log message:

Refactor code a little bit, eliminating the gratuitous InstVisitor, which
should make subsequent changes simpler. This also allows us to hoist vaarg
and vanext instructions

---
Diffs of the changes: (+43 -41)
