I believe this was actually fixed but I am not sure by whom.  My best guess is
that Tanya actually fixed this when we moved off of the UIUC servers and over
to AWS.  In any case, when I attempt to navigate to http://bugs.llvm.org I am
automagically redirected to https://bugs.llvm.org.  Please confirm and let me
know if you experience something different.
