            Bug ID: 38298
Summary: llvm-objcopy --version won't work for 7.0.0 trunk
           Product: tools
           Version: trunk
          Hardware: PC
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P
         Component: llvm-objdump
          Assignee: unassignedbugs at nondot.org
          Reporter: ys114321 at gmail.com
                CC: llvm-bugs at lists.llvm.org

llvm-objcopy for 7.0.0 won't work for option "--version".
It works fine for 6.0.0.

I did not find llvm-objcopy component, so I assign it to llvm-objdump.
Please feel free assign to proper person/team. Thanks!

-bash-4.2$ llvm-objcopy --version
llvm-objcopy: unknown argument '--version'.
-bash-4.2$ llvm-objdump --version
