With this repository: http://apt.llvm.org/xenial/ llvm-toolchain-xenial main

Trying to install with apt-get update && apt-get install -y clang-tools-6.0

I often get errors like this:

E: Failed to fetch
http://apt.llvm.org/xenial/pool/main/l/llvm-toolchain-snapshot/clang-tools-6.0_6.0~svn321683-1~exp1_amd64.deb
 503  first byte timeout

These errors can last for days and then suddenly it will work again. (Last 3
days it was not working and recently it's ok)

I've tested from multiple locations and I get the same problems.

Ideas?
