This is an umbrella / meta bug for poor debug experience bugzillas: anything
where the actual operation of a debugger by a developer is broken or
suboptimal, due to bad debug info from llvm. Related tickets block this one.
It's closely related to bug 37953, a meta-bug for debugify failures in specific
passes.
