Compiling with Visual Studio 2017 15.7.6 using the LLVM-vs2017 x64 toolchain
(https://github.com/arves100/llvm-vs2017-integration) with LLVM 6.0.1 results
in a crash of clang-cl. I'm attaching the pre-processed source files as
requested by the compiler message.
