I haven't thoroughly tested this but MULHU should be something like:
define <2 x i64> @mulh_2u64(<2 x i64>, <2 x i64>) {
%3 = and <2 x i64> %0, <i64 4294967295, i64 4294967295>
%4 = lshr <2 x i64> %0, <i64 32, i64 32>
%5 = and <2 x i64> %1, <i64 4294967295, i64 4294967295>
%6 = lshr <2 x i64> %1, <i64 32, i64 32>
%7 = mul nuw <2 x i64> %6, %4
%8 = mul nuw <2 x i64> %5, %4
%9 = mul nuw <2 x i64> %6, %3
%10 = mul nuw <2 x i64> %5, %3
%11 = and <2 x i64> %8, <i64 4294967295, i64 4294967295>
%12 = and <2 x i64> %9, <i64 4294967295, i64 4294967295>
%13 = add nuw nsw <2 x i64> %11, %12
%14 = lshr <2 x i64> %10, <i64 32, i64 32>
%15 = add nuw nsw <2 x i64> %13, %14
%16 = lshr <2 x i64> %15, <i64 32, i64 32>
