I enabled the lit test (https://reviews.llvm.org/D30802) but AArch64 has the 
following errors:

clear_cache_test can be disabled.
7,8 can be addressed in https://reviews.llvm.org/D30872

The rest need to be invastigated or XFAILed for now.
