Ah, sorry, I think I may have marked this as XFAIL on Windows by mistake. The
test was failing on all environments at the time, before
https://reviews.llvm.org/D35867 was merged. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I'm curious: did you notice the failure because you run the lit test suite on
Windows frequently? The lit test suite has been failing for around a month or
so; were your runs also failing?
