Cavium ThunderX patch 1/6

This set of patches adds support for the Cavium ThunderX T8X family of
processors: ThunderX, ThunderX-T81, ThunderX-T83, ThunderX-T88.

The patches are based on ToT (trunk) as of 01/17/2016.
