The source file you indicate is part of the GNU Savannah libunwind, not the
LLVM libunwind.

Furthermore, ee expect gcc[>=4.8].  See:
http://llvm.org/docs/GettingStarted.html#host-c-toolchain-both-compiler-and-standard-library
