Looks like this has been fixed in bug 29152!

Specifically, this patch landed in the last few days:
  https://reviews.llvm.org/D24010

I'll dupe this forward to bug 29152, since that's the bug number that was used
in the fix. (e.g. "cfe/trunk/test/SemaCXX/PR29152.cpp")
