With latest trunk, when configured as:
```
cmake -DLLVM_BUILD_LLVM_DYLIB=ON -DLLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB=ON 
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$HOME/usr -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -G Ninja ../llvm
```
llvm-config reports
```
$ ./bin/llvm-config --link-shared --libnames
liblibLLVM-3.9svn.so.so
```
duplicating the `lib` and the `.so`
