Hans,

This should not be an issue if you use either the LLVM runtimes subdirectory or
-DLLVM_BUILD_EXTERNAL_COMPILER_RT=On. I'm really hopeful that sometime in the
near future these will be the only supported ways to build compiler-rt in-tree.

Please let me know if that sufficiently covers your needs.
