rnk explains that this is expected (!) but also that check-asan isn't part of
check-all or check-sanitizer because of that.

I don't think checking in known-broken tests is a good idea even if they don't
run by default (it's confusing; see for example this bug), but it sounds like
this is in fact expected. So I'm closing this bug; keeping it around doesn't
seem very useful. (It'll go away once win asan64 is done, which people are
working on.)
