I was unable to install clang-3.8 on Ubuntu 14.4 or 15.4. So I checked 
http://llvm.org/apt/trusty/pool/main/l/llvm-toolchain-snapshot/
http://llvm.org/apt/vivid/pool/main/l/llvm-toolchain-snapshot/
vs the Debian
http://llvm.org/apt/jessie/pool/main/l/llvm-toolchain-snapshot/

And noticed Ubuntu has no .i386 files for clang-3.8 while Debian does.
