I'm going to close this as "wontfix", because I can't fix it.

It needs to be fixed by Apple shipping an updated dylib.

I had a long chat with someone at Apple yesterday, and the problem is that they
took part of r190756; they didn't include the code change in the dylib, but
they *did* take the updated header, leading to a mismatch.
