            Bug ID: 22339
           Summary: Assertion failure by #pragma weak with function
                    forward declaration
           Product: clang
           Version: trunk
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P
         Component: -New Bugs
          Assignee: unassignedclangbugs at nondot.org

Hi,

Clang fails when #pragma weak is used for a forward declared function where its
argument is not specified, neither void.

clang: /home/kama/llvm/tools/clang/lib/Sema/SemaOverload.cpp:5542: void
clang::Sema::AddOverloadCandidate(clang::FunctionDecl*, clang::DeclAccessPair,
llvm::ArrayRef<clang::Expr*>, clang::OverloadCandidateSet&, bool, bool, \
bool): Assertion `Proto && "Functions without a prototype cannot be
overloaded"' failed.

gcc 4.9.2 seems to regard the args as the same as those of the aliased function
in the pragma.
