This is a tracking bug for getting lldb-mi tests working on Windows. 
Individual problems that arise from trying to fix specific tests should be
treated as independent bugs that are dependencies of this bug.

The following is a list of all lldb-mi tests.  All should be assumed to fail
currently on Windows.
