Zhengkai Wu is working on improving macro diagnostic messages.  This bug is a
meta-bug for all macro printing bugs.  This includes things like too many macro
expansions, duplicate error messages, and other issues that clutter the output.
 Please report any issues found with macros involving diagnostics and link it
to this bug.
