Far from complete and perfect, EHABI was just enabled by default on ARM and
passes all compiler checks and the test-suite.

I'll close this bug now, but I'll be investigating it further and any problem
from now on should have its own bug created. Thanks Anton, Logan and every one
else that worked hard to make this happen!
