test case

Fuzzing discovered that the attached test case, which contains unprintable
characters, when given as input to

  clang -fno-crash-diagnostics -std=c++11 -xc++ -c -emit-llvm

causes this assertion failure:

clang::Parser::TryAnnotateCXXScopeToken(bool): Assertion
