test case

Fuzzing discovered that the attached test case, when given as input to

  clang -fno-crash-diagnostics -std=c++11 -xc++ -c -emit-llvm

causes this assertion failure:

objtype-scope-coexist.cpp:1:19: error: '~' in destructor name should be after
nested name specifier
struct A {} a { a.~A::A<
                  ^

clang::Sema::LookupTemplateName(clang::LookupResult &, clang::Scope *,
