The installer is built with NSIS (http://nsis.sf.net), so this message would
have to be fixed upstream.

I think it would be best to simply fix PR17140 and avoid this problem
altogether, perhaps by using the "large strings" build:
http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Special_Builds#Large_strings.
