            Bug ID: 15509
           Summary: space-between-backslash-and-newline extension is
                    non-conforming
           Product: clang
           Version: trunk
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P
         Component: C++11
          Assignee: unassignedclangbugs at nondot.org
          Reporter: richard-llvm at metafoo.co.uk
                CC: dgregor at apple.com, llvmbugs at cs.uiuc.edu
    Classification: Unclassified

Clang rejects this valid C++ program, due to the GNU
whitespace-between-backslash-and-newline extension:

/*foo*\
/ bar */ int main() {}

(there is a space at the end of the first line).
