            Bug ID: 15343
           Summary: WRONG color specification
           Product: Website
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P
         Component: General Website
          Assignee: unassignedbugs at nondot.org
          Reporter: M8R-9yw8a5 at mailinator.com
                CC: llvmbugs at cs.uiuc.edu
    Classification: Unclassified

For any web page: "Either no colors should be specified (to invoke the
browser's default colors), or both the background and all foreground colors
(primarily the colors of plain text, unvisited links, hovered links, active
links, and visited links) should be specified to avoid black on black or white
on white effects." [1]

The http://llvm.org/ site does not specify foreground/background color
combinations properly. More precisely, the text on top of light-colored lines
(http://llvm.org/img/lines.gif) becomes difficult to read when the browser's
text colors default to light.
