Failure log from Gentoo FreeBSD

I have attached a build.log that demonstrates a failure on Gentoo FreeBSD
because LONG_BIT is missing from Clang's limits.h. We have opted to mirror
FreeBSD's decision to remove Clang's standard library headers downstream. The
downstream bug is the following:
