test case (can probably be reduced, but I am too ignorant of the how)

Attaching PPC32 llvm assembly file.

it triggers the bug with our PPC toolchain like this:

bin/llc vsnprintf.ll
LLVM ERROR: Cannot select: 0xf4eb870: ch = setlt [ID=13]
