Merging C++ translation units is a complicated process that is outside the
realm of the standard. Like the request to automatically create precompiled
headers, this feature request does not belong in the bug tracking system. The
bug tracking system is for bugs and small enhancements with well-defined
specifications, not for blue-sky features.
