Hello,

When trying to llvm intrinsics sqrt/exp with vector datatype for ARM v7a
targets I've got following error:

To reproduce the problem use llc 2.9 on attached file as follows:

llc sqrtv4.ll -march=arm -mcpu=cortex-a9
