After a lengthy discussion on IRC, the concensus was reached that this is an
undesirable extension to binutils and since the binutils documentation doesn't
list it as a valid way to write comments, we shouldn't accept it either.

I'm going to file bugs on both binutils and mozilla to get their sides fixed
respectively and will update this bug with link to those bugs as they're filed.
