It is no big deal but the file "cmake/modules/LLVMParseArguments.cmake"
is released under the CC-BY-2.5 license.

This license is consider as non free by Debian:
http://wiki.debian.org/DFSGLicenses#Creative_Commons_Attribution-Share_Alike_Generic_.28CC-BY-SA.29.2C_v2.5

Please consider updating it to 3.0
