           Summary: Clang does not check constructor declaration that uses
                    a template-id
           Product: clang
           Version: trunk
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P
         Component: C++
        AssignedTo: unassignedclangbugs at nondot.org
        ReportedBy: schaub-johannes at web.de
                CC: llvmbugs at cs.uiuc.edu, dgregor at apple.com

Clang should reject the following

template<typename T>
struct A {
  A<int>() { }
};

When parsing this, A<int> differs from the dependent type A<T> and should be
rejected because it does not refer to that class type.
