While I agree with the basic idea (and several of the specifics here) of
generalizing blocks to support other kinds of closures, this isn't the kind of
thing we keep in our bug system. When someone starts implementing these other
features, they'll probably start by refactoring the existing code. As Chris
says, it's not actionable, so I'm going to close the bug itself.
