GlobalVariable::GlobalVariable takes a type, it doesn't need an LLVMContext.

  /// GlobalVariable ctor - If a parent module is specified, the global is

  GlobalVariable(LLVMContext &Context, const Type *Ty, bool isConstant,
                 LinkageTypes Linkage,
                 Constant *Initializer = 0, const Twine &Name = "",
