           Summary: diagnostics: [missing terminating " character] should
                    say > when needed
           Product: clang
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: preprocessor
        AssignedTo: unassignedclangbugs at nondot.org
        ReportedBy: alexei.svitkine at gmail.com
                CC: llvmbugs at cs.uiuc.edu

When the #include directive uses the <abc.h> form, but is not properly
terminated, e.g.:

#include <stdio.h

The diagnostic output is:

error: missing terminating " character

This should instead say:

error: missing terminating > character
