Reduction from building libstdc++ with llvm-gcc (i.e., a bootstrap).

To reproduce:

./cc1plus -fpreprocessed codecvt.ii -g   -o codecvt.ll -emit-llvm

or

llc bugpoint-reduced-simplified.ll
