Testcase:

void x()
{
    int a;
    __asm__ volatile(
        ""
        :"+g"(a));
}

Compiled with llvm-gcc on x86, gives the following error:
<stdin>:4: error: Unsupported inline asm: input constraint with a matching
output constraint of incompatible type!

(Testcase reduced from ffmpeg.)
