llvm-extract seems to hang on certain bitcode file/function combination.  I'm attach a testcase that hangs 
with:

llvm-extract -func=_ZNSt5dequeIPN2kc14impl_argumentsESaIS2_EEC1ERKS4_ -f -o missedopt10.bc
