The testing guide documentation has been updated and is available here:
http://llvm.org/docs/TestingGuide.html#nightly

It is also possible to specify different locations to send the nightly test
results to using the -submit-server and -submit-script options. Both of which
have descriptions at the top of utils/NewNightlyTest.pl
