The "make install" target does not work properly for project header files.

When attempting make install for the llvm-poolalloc project, I get the following
error:

/usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file
`/home/vadve/criswell/tmp/llvm/include/./poolalloc/Config/config.h': No such
file or directory
