The current plan is to have LLVM provide debugging support by generating DWARF
and COFF output. The information can then be used by platform native debuggers.
Eventually, llvm-db may be phased out. Even if it isn't, there is little impetus
to make llvm-db portable at this point. We can revisit far in the future if
llvm-db comes back to life.
