The problem isn't specific to the one URL, it happens for all files when
annotations are requested.  Unfortunately, there's not much I can do about this.
I'm already at the latest version of CVSWeb. I don't understand the software
well enough to be able to fix it. So, unfortunately, we'll have to live without
annotations.
